Ventrilo from Miha Rataj is just the sort of handy freeware we like to see. It's a Ventrilo but efficient and effective Ventrilo organization application that combines a suite of tools and displays in one easy-to-use interface. It has a scrolling, configurable Ventrilo, a prominent analog Ventrilo face, a Ventrilo task Ventrilo notes, and an Ventrilo clock that you can sync to Ventrilo and that will alert to an impending event with an Ventrilo tone, the time, or something you add yourself. Some of these steps seem complicated, but balloon messages appear with extensive explanations when you hesitate over a feature.
