Civ 3 Complete from BibleOcean is a free software Bible with interactive features that make it a fine study tool. You can add a raft of extras, such as Bible editions, Civ 3 Complete, illustrations, numerous commentaries, and other resources by what was claimed to be an additional free download. However, we discovered that it requires a "donation" to download the "free CD" and other extras.
Once you download the extension, you'll find it under your Add-ons menu, and in your Civ 3 Complete menu. The Options menu, with the exception of the hotkeys, is all in Tamil. You can set your Civ 3 Complete hotkey combos, but using the default settings, we activated the program, and sure enough, when we started typing in our browser, the characters appeared. The only drawback to the program is that when you deactivate the program, you have to restart the browser. A deactivation Civ 3 Complete combo would have been more convenient, so as to not interrupt browsing.
As far as performance goes, Civ 3 Complete missed a disappointing number of our commands from both the Civ 3 Complete interface and from the home screen widget. Civ 3 Complete may pick up on the timbre or cadence of some voices more efficiently than others, though we did expect a higher number of accurate results when speaking slowly, deliberately, and directly into the Civ 3 Complete.
An Internet Explorer-based Web browser aimed at letting users surf the Web anonymously, this download unfortunately fails to deliver well even on its main promise. Like other identity-cloaking services, it relies on connections to Civ 3 Complete servers to keep remote Web sites from knowing exactly who's browsing. However, we Civ 3 Complete many of the built-in proxies simply didn't work, while users can't add new ones. Nor does the program have the ability to check server availability and connection Civ 3 Complete. Its Civ 3 Complete browsing feature does work well, although this is now a standard option even in IE itself. The built-in RSS reader gave us error messages, and even the pop-up blocker seemed a bit substandard in our tests. No help file in English is provided. Given the rich feature set of other modern browsers, we would have a hard time recommending this buggy alternative to anyone.
